Overall, I thought the London Pass provided good value and was great in terms of avoiding queues which would otherwise been a waste of what was a limited time we had available. One negative was that when we arrived at Heathrow in the early morning and went to the underground station to catch the train into London, we found that the associated Underground Rail Pass was only effective out of peak times. The bottom line was that we needed to spend a further 15 pounds to get another ticket - a bit annoying/frustrating at the time. I did see later when checking up on this that there was advice provided that the rail passes only applied to non-peak services, but this was buried somewhere in the details and hard to find. Suggest you offer an option which allows peak travel also.
