Booked a car online 8 weeks before arrival in Munich, expecting a VW Passat, Citroen C5 or a similar car.
Upon arrival there was no servicecrew from CARO (they arrived 15 minutes too late) and they did not have a car for us. After waiting for 45 minutes they found a Chevolet Orlando for us, they told us this was an upgrade as it was an automatic with full navigation and if I wasn't pleased with their choise we could just cancel the rent!. I wasn't cleaned and the "full" navigation only covers Germany and major roads of Europe. Luckily for us, we had our own GPS.
The car was ok, but absolutely no upgrade. We had it for 14 days. As we returned the car we called the office in advance as requested, but again - no servicecrew was present at the airport. They managed to get crew to recieve the car 30 minutes too late, so NEVER AGAIN..... By the way - official complaint will be sent to CARO within a couple of days.

Da det viste sig at restordre ikke kunne leveres på mit ønskede tidspunkt, kunne restordre annulleres og de produkter som var på lager, kunne sendes omgående. Det er fremragende service!
