I and my boss ordered two mobile phones, my boss' order went through ok whereas mine was blocked. I called them to resolve this, but despite the website advertising delivery within 24 hours, after 24 hours neither order had been processed. My boss' phone eventually arrived this morning, opened and used. I have immediately submitted a returns request and have cancelled my order. They may have the best prices, but it's balanced by dreadful and dishonest service.
Treated myself to a business class seat from Arlanda to Heathrow. The business lounge was very bland. Boarding the aircraft, I found two children sat in my seat, asked them to move, to which a very rude father replied that I should seat where the children should be sitting. The cabin crew did nothing to resolve the situation, so I was left sitting in the wrong seat. Polite cabin crew otherwise but bland food. On time.
I am on o2 payg simplicity and find their network to be reliable. I am rarely without a signal. I only once had a problem, where the wrong payg tariff had been set up on my account, but the member of staff I spoke to rectified this immediately. I like the fact that I'm not committed to a monthly fee and can end the service at any time because it's payg. Similarly, I like o2 surprises and o2 rewards, which help to keep me as a customer.
An entirely hassle free process. I entered what was required online, printed one document and because I was eager for my money, I sent it in a padded bag that I had lying around. Although it's freepost, I'd recommend queueing at the post office for a proof of posting, just for the £41 compensation cover should your phone go missing in transit. Within three days my phone had been received and the money was in my account! I had considered selling it on ebay, but the hassle of advertising it, the fees and the risk that the buyer would want to return it just put me off. So impressed that my partner has sent their phones to Mazuma as well, and they got exactly the same great service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
