takes too long to get order ready for collection by couriers in general... no contact number unless you have prdered before and kept the invoice/compliment slip...
Couriers they use DPD are just as bad...cannot speak to anyone and most calls end up being automatically ended as your enquiry doesn't match one of their categories..
Again no contact numbers availanble unless you spend ages search the web ..just for the record its

I am very sorry that you had difficulties with your recent order. We normally aim to dispatch order with 48 hours and this was slightly delayed which had a knock on effect to your delivery. In the future if you do have problems with dpd, just phone us on the customer line and we will contact them for you. Furthermore I have processed a partial refund to cover the inconvenience that this order caused.
