good end result

initially dealt with claim in a swift manner and got a good result at the end however i did feel at some stages i wasnt kept fully up to speed and towards the end i had to do a lot of phone calls, i was advised it could be a long process, overall i am ok with the service but would have felt happier with regular updates just to keep me in the loop, either by text, email or letter

We have reviewed all procedures and have put things in place to update clients on a regular basis via text and email if the client is unavailable to take a call.
