A Curate's Egg

The good: all the items were in stock and arrived quickly.

The bad: the shipping was exorbitant and the cost, as shown on the postage label ,was just half what I had actually been charged. I bought a variety of essences. All bore different "Sell By" dates, which I understand, but a couple expire in only a month's time.

The "bad" leaves a less then pleasant taste in the mouth and a feeling that the seller was trying to exploit me.

I must say that I was a little more than agrieved by your comments. With regard to what you say about the p&p charges. I actually quite agree it was exorbitant and that is why I refunded you on the day £5 from the cost of the p&p charges. Please see the note I added to your printed invoice which was included with your parcel. ( Partially refunded your p&p charges ( £5 ) as the way the system charges p&p at the moment it sometimes charges too much. We are in the process of changing the system but unfortunately it is rather a lengthy process.(Now completed)

With regard to the sell by dates yes I agree there was one which only had a month left on the date which I'm afraid to say I had not noticed but still within date and I have now refunded the cost of this aroma.
The comment about trying to rip you off could not be further from the truth.
