These guys were recommended to me and I haven't regretted using them. I ordered a Guitar amp for my son and then changed my mind (after the amp arrived). The process of getting the amp picked up return and claiming a refund was a joy and it didn't cost me a penny, the staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole process painless. I was so pleased that I ordered the replacement Amp the same day from this company.
These guys are better than Amazon and they pay their taxes so it's a winner for me everytime :-)
Just don't do it. They are indifferent to your problems to the point of rudeness. The broadband speed is shocking, you will spend your entire life reseting the Modem hoping it will start working again. You can complain to them if you are happy to be ignored.

They lost my phone number of 22 years, against all their assurances that it would be carried across, then their assurances that they would sort it, finally they just gave up and told me there was nothing they could do and the rude customer services rep JUST HUNG UP.
So if you're thinking of moving to TalkTalk DON'T.
I have used these guys for years and always found them to be competitively priced and reliable, my last order was for some expensive equipment to be delivered by Xmas. Sadly this went tragically wrong and the goods never arrived, it wasn't the fact that something had failed it was their complete and absolute indifference that bothered me. Speaking to their customer service dept was exasperating and ultimately futile. The wow gifts for Xmas never arrived and never will, to be fair they did refund my money, so they are not cowboys you can shop with confidence that you will not be ripped off, it's just that I can no longer trust them with important or expensive gifts. A very disappointing and frustrating experience and definitely no longer a trusted supplier for me.
Order placed, money taken no goods delivered. They will ignore your emails and your phone calls. Presently trying to get my money back via my credit card company. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid them at all costs.
Quick update. My money has now been returned, so I am a lot happier. Interestingly enough, these guys actually emailed me after my posting here (this could have been a coincidence,but who can know).
While I am happy that my money has been returned I still couldn't in all honesty recommend them, it was a poor and very anxious experience.
