My husband was looking for XL cartridges for a new Canon printer and Valushop's web site prices seemed very competitive. Before ordering from a new company, he always check reviews here and Valueshop seemed very favourable, so he ordered the 550xl bundle (£52.88 inc VAT) from them on the 10 May and a couple of days later, I noticed that the invoice was showing the item price was exactly as per the web site, inclusive of VAT. Only Shipping was correctly shown ex VAT (£4.13). They had then charged us VAT on the total, taking the 'competitive' price up to an uncompetitive £68.40 (the correct figure should have been £57.83).
A phone call and a number of emails later only produced another copy of the invoice, but no refund. So, if you have ordered from this company, I would suggest checking your invoice, as this was too easy to miss. Interestingly, a dummy order that I made up a few days ago, produced the correct invoice total.
Note: Valueshop has the same address as Inkraider
