We had been having difficulties getting our 3 year old HotSprings tub to reset and after several attempts to fix it it was discovered that the IQ box had failed. This unfortunately is more than £500 to replace - as the tub was out of warranty this was at our cost but Trevor very kindly discussed it with HotSprings in the US and managed to get us a refund of most of the cost. This was more than I could expected or hoped for and I really appreciate the great customer service. All of the service team are very professional and helpful whether over the phone or in person.
