This company has NO customer services. I am glad my first instincts were to avoid a "long wait" on the phone at my cost for its incompetence!
I am really surprised that the EXPRESS GROUP of papers allows the use of its name to such a cavalier bunch spivs! Ordered snow/ ice shoe fittings and cancelled 8 days later and having no receipt of my e-mail repeated my cancellation 2 days later and instructed them that they DO NOT have my authority to debit my account. Again no response.
They sent them on the28th Jan. NOw read your ratings and can well understand the complaints of others. I Will get My money back!
