I ORDERED AN ITEM ON THE 22/05/2013 AND IT STILL HASN'T BEEN DISPATCHED ON THE 06/06/2013?!
THAT'S OVER 2 WEEKS!
PAYMENT WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY (UNLIKE THE OTHER MAJOR ONLINE RETAILERS) AND MY ITEM DUE DATE WAS 05/06/2013 SO I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AFTER RECEIVING NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THEM!
AFTER WAITING 15 MINUTES ON THE PHONE FOR SOMEBODY TO PICK UP THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE HAVING LOGISTICS PROBLEMS BUT THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME REGARDING THE PROBLEM?!
AFTER SAYING I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER THE GUY ON THE PHONE SAID THE REFUND COULD TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS?!
I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO CONSUMER DIRECT AND TRADING STANDARDS.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
