I ordered a Fabian Perez limited edition print on canvas in May (on www.pictureperfectgallery.co.uk). I decided to phone in after as I had some questions about the format of the artwork.

Booked a parcel and the Invoice on 'Orders & Invoice' tab summarised the address different from the 'All Shipments' tab summary and swapped the countries over! (Jersey & England)
Parcel did not get collected today as scheduled, no indication of any reason from the site or via email
Track Parcel did not work (goes to an empty Parcel Force tracking page), parcel status says 'unknown', telephone support link not clickable.
No update so far to Help 'ticket' in nearly 24 hours.
No phone number to call them on
Will be speaking to my CC company in the morning to claim money back
