I ordered 2 things on Character.com (28/05/13) one of which was for my daughter and received the parcel fairly quickly (30/05/13).
When I opened the parcel, my daughter's product was the wrong one that was delivered! I thought it was actually me that ordered the wrong item so I checked my confirmation e- mail and it turned out it was Character.com's fault!
I sent it back on 03/06/13 and i'm still waiting for my right product to be delivered! I hope I get it soon because it's my daughter's birthday on the 27th of this month and the product I ordered was a extra pressie and one of her favourite character's!!
I also want to add that with sending back exchanges, and refunds the company should do freepost. It was really annoying in the first place I received the wrong item but to send it off and pay for it too was equally annoying! >:-(
