I ordered a faucet on May 20th from Hudson Reed and I have not received it yet (June 8th). They shipped it by UPS and it ended up in Vernon CA.(damaged). I wrote HR and the reply I got back was "We are investigating". I have been charged $59 for the product which I don't have. The company I work for faces similar issues but the difference is, we are "Customer Focused". In other words, we would have re-shipped the item (using a different shipper) and work with the previous shipping agent internally. I need this resolved as soon as possible.
