My mum paid over twice the face value for Eddie Izzard tickets for last friday and our tickets were not valid. 6 people had been assigned to the same 6 seats and guess what? Despite trying to get a reaction out of the company by publicly brandishing them as scammers they still haven't defended themselves - not tell me wouldn't you comminucate with your customers if they were wrongfully saying that about your business?!!
But they can't because they are not legit, they are not (as they seems to be) officially affiliated with the box offices. I recommend anyone with a similar complaint posts on their facebook page, twitters the hell out of it and contacts watchdog. Its time they passed a law on this once and for all. STOP THIS HAPPENING TO ANYONE ELSE!
