I bought a Kare tv stand which was delivered with a completely smashed glass shelf. I reported this via Achica's convoluted customer service system - no phone mumber to call. A second unit was promised and sent quite promptly and, at that point, I was pleased with the service. However the second unit was delivered and the glass shelf was was smashed again. I refused the delivery and asked the company to take back the first unit also - they refused. Achica help desk promised to have the first unit collected promptly and give me a refund. The delibery company emailed and said they would collect snd did not turn up. Achica will not refund until they have colllected the danaged goods.Two weeks later there is a broken unit in my garage and they have kept my money. I can't believe this is legal.
Update 25th September Achica have now collected the item - today and processed the refund within an hour - which ~I am pleasant;y surprised about.
I ordered 6 appliances on Monday at 4pm and they arrived at my house by 2pm the next day - excellent !
