some of the staff need more training

i had to ring up as the day they received the phone it took them over six hours to even test the phone and they only tested it after i rang up a few times and i complained and after i spoken to a manager but one member of staff did put the phone down on me but after speaking to a manager it ended up getting done and i did get same day payment will use again but with caution

Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your record I can see that we tested your device the very same day we received it and paid the full price also on the same day which would have cleared for you to spend also on the same day.

As we receive 100's of handsets per day we are unable to test every single device the moment it lands, 90% of the time we do test all handsets the very same day they arrive and if not the same day we always within 24 hours of receipt.

very bad service

was not happy with the service i got and was told that my phone was still in process when on there system it said complete and i have to wait 6hrs after completion to even recieve the money and they say u have to wait till midnight but maybe they should put that in there terms and conditions as it doesn't say anything about waiting till midnight. plus i was not happy with the way they spoke to me on the phone they were rude and they need more training they should never talk to customers the way they do

We can confirm that we received your phone on the 04/06/13. We emailed you at 9:05am to left you know the phone has arrived, at 10:23am to say we had processed your sale and again at 12:00pm to confirm a same day bank transfer for the full amount had been made. The funds should have cleared in your account a few hours later.

Our website clearly sates that we will make payment on the same day of receipt. Our processing and payment times are the fastest in the industry. The large majority of our competitors bank transfers take 3 working days to clear.

We are surprised you found our customer support team rude. They are highly trained and regularly get praised for being helpful and friendly.

We are sorry you felt our service was bad.
