Customer Service? What customer service?

I bought my partner a RoadAngel Professional Connected from Lemon Digitial and although the initial sales process was quick and easy and delivery was as promised what they sent me was an obvious returned product as the box was already opened, the actual unit was wrapped in bubble wrap and there were elements missing to enable the unit to be stuck on the windscreen.

After 3 emails asking why they'd sent me a 2nd hand unit when I'd paid for a brand new one were ignored we decided to send it back - especially as we'd then discovered that it was already registered as well so that was further proof that this was a returned item.

I had to chase up after I'd sent it back Special Delivery just to be told in a one liner email that they had refunded the product!

No 'sorry' - No 'would you like us to send you a brand new one' !

So don't be fooled by the lure of a good deal, this a shambles of a company and I'd highly recommend steering clear.

Hello,

We didnt tell you to keep the item. You received this in error. You received a repaired Road Angel. THis was meant to go to the original customer that sent it back to us for repair. He received your new one. I am sorry about this dispatching error.
