I've used Flightline twice for long weekends. Some people may get annoyed by the advertised price on the front page being different to what it may end up being but for long weekends you don't need all the optional extras such as luggage, meals etc. Transfers work, hotels have both been better than expected. I always recommend to friends and family.

I booked a long weekend for myself and two friends yesterday & paid the full amount. I got an email this morning saying that they couldn't book the flights and that there was a problem.
I rang the number once & was on hold for 5 minutes & decided to call back later. I called back and the customer service was appalling. You could barely hear the call operative and was not very helpful giving out minimal information. I was put on hold several times. Eventually they came back that flights would be £30 per person extra. This equates to over 15% increase on the booking and I asked to cancel the whole holiday. They said that was fine - no mention of any default charges (their own T&C says any changes above 10% means a full refund).
I got an email a bit later saying that they are refunding c£200, the booking was c£600! I have emailed several times asking for the full amount but to no avail, with the standard response that they are refunding c£200 and that I need to contact my bank about it!!
Downright disgusting. I will be contacting my credit card company and ATOL about the underhand tactics of false advertising prices & non repayment of the full funds.
