Comviq sucks in every single way

Poor signal in the countryside. Slow internet. Poor customer service.
They might or might not sent an invoice to a few weeks ago. Any how, I never received any invoice from them. A couple of days ago I suddenly received an invoice, together with a debt interest fee. Come on, I didn't receive the original invoice, if they actually sent out. How was I supposed to pay an UN-SEEN invoice. Contacted customer service but they just kick the ball.
What a crappppppppppppppppy company this is!


Extremely bad customer service and Poor products and Poor shipping

The company is very wired. They used DHL, every expensive courier, to ship but they are unwilling to buy packing boxes. I received my items packed simply in a plastic bag! All the items are damaged to some extent. None of them are suitable for gifts. The most frustrating shopping experience in my life!!
I contacted them via email, no response at one week at all. No customer service phone number is provided on their website!
Disappointed that Trustpilot does not allow to give a 0 star rating. If yes, I would definitely give 0 star for this company!

Products poorly packed and thus damaged during shipment.
I asked for a refund. But after 5 days I received no reply!!
Stay away from dealextrem. I recommend instead!

Prons: Loads of great little gadgets! Very competitive prices. Well packed and free delivery. Good value for the money.

Cons: Some product instructions on the packaging were written in poor English!

Fel produkter, skit kundservice

Ordered 11 items, 2 of them are faulty! Got one replaced after contacting costumer service. The other one, found faulty a few days later, haven't been replaced yet!
The customer service refuse to reply my email requesting a replacement for a faulty item! What a crappy kundservice. I sent the email twice more than one week ago. No reply yet.
