I ordered some flowers for my Mum & Dads wedding anniversary on Sat 21st Dec, all communication emails kept me up to date and I had a phonecall from my dad to say they had arrived. I could tell there was something from my Dads reaction when I asked what they were like. He didnt want to upset me but eventually he said some of the flowers were ok but others were dead - all I know is that whatever the blue flowers were arrived dead. My sister also saw them and she has verified this - very disappointed!
