Upon arrival at the MalMaison (which having previously checked was fully booked) we were told our booking did not exist. This resulted in a half hour wait for the staff to try and find us a room. When they did find a room it was in an unacceptable state and the bedding was down feather which my girlfriend is allergic to (this was included in the booking via laterooms but as they hadn't even passed on the details..)
Overall MalMaison sorted all the issues, changed the room and even gave us free cocktails however the booking process of LateRooms was inadequate and non existant.
