The only frustrating thing was having to go through all the medical process again, instead of confirming that nothing had changed.
I was surprised that a Europe only policy was so only slightly less than the all the world policy before.
I think I added an excess which I didn't have before. It might have been helpful to get a quote up-front in the conversation comparing last year with this. I got a quote through the post but in essence I had to start again over the phone, which was a bit frustrating.
The hotel was as good as described and I wouldn't have a problem booking a secret hotel through Hotel Direct again.
