I've used Nature's Best 7 times and every transaction has been seamless. They have great products and offer good value for money and prompt delivery. My orders are shipped abroad to Eastern Europe and they still arrive in good time.
Can't fault them. Wish all internet companies were this good.
A very similar experience to everyone else. Was offered one price on the internet, which was then reduced due to 'wear and tear'. My payment was 'processed' on May 20th but I still haven't received it. It's now 15 working days since processing began, much longer than the 3 to 10 days they guarantee. There must be a financial gain for them to hold on to our money as long as they possibly can.
Communication is dire and I get the same generic email every time I chase.
This company is appalling. My sister used Mazuma Mobile and had a fantastic experience, I wish I'd done the same.
