Just at the very end of the transaction, this message appears:
"During the booking process it appears that in the time between between processing payment and confirming the order, the product in the shopping cart was unfortunately no longer available. We have received your payment, but have not been able to complete your booking."
It has asked me to contact customer service "immediately" but I cannot do so until the lines open again at 8am. I then tried calling my bank to cancel the transaction but there's nothing they can do, so now I have lost over £2000 and have to wait until 8am to find out what I can do about this.
I looked at these flights yesterday and they've already gone up £400 in the space of 24 hours, I needed to buy these flights now before the price goes up yet again. I am absolutely disgusted that they think it is acceptable to take my money for flights that were NOT THERE.
This is the very last thing that I need, booking flights is stressful enough when they're this expensive, I DO NOT NEED yet MORE stress.
Stay away as far as I'm concerned, taking my money for flights that aren't there sounds downright illegal to me.
