Whilst it's great to have a central place for collecting payment from everyone (and not leaving me out of pocket) I found I had to do a lot of chasing for a response and correcting of errors.
Also, we got our quote, paid our deposit then found out after money had been taken that one of our activites wasn't available and we had to change activities and rearrange the day - this was disappointing. I would expect availablity to be checked first.
Next time I would probably co-ordinate myself.
