i've had a bit of a bug these last few days...it was so easy and comforting to stick
your delicious soups in the microwave, I would curl up with them in front of the TV- my condition improved immediately!
...then when I began to feel a bit better I went for a moroccan vegetable tagine-
healthy, tasty, and very satisfying- a meal all-in-one.
I still have others that I haven't tried yet: I look forward to the curries with basmati rice.
It's wonderful to take a break from cooking and really enjoy easy yummy healthy food!
