Absolute thieves!!
I was a Vodafone customer for many years and always paid bills on time etc. Until I became sick and had to lower my tarriff, which they stated would take a while as I could only do this by a step at a time. This seemed to save me nothing each month and eventually looked like it was almost doubling instead!! I phoned them to ask for help but I received nothing except for a debt collectors letter advising I owed £1000 due to non-commiting to a contract!!!

This company HAS lost its virginity
There is nothing about this company that is good anymore. I have had Virgin Media before and each time there were major problems. I was being billed incorrectly all the time, installation was shite, and the customer service was the worst Id ever known.
O2
Better than the rest
Having transferred from another company I find O2 to be a better company throughout. They were speedy with delivery, accurate with the bills and are very friendly to deal with.

Wow!
I decided to recycle my 5 phones that I had laying around the house over the years and couldnt believe it when I got an estimate on what they were worth. Just over £100 I received for all the phones and it was all free to do. I will definitely recommend to friends and family as they were 100% completely trustworthy and safe. Thanks Mazuma Mobile!!
