The whisky was delivered in very quick time, but unfortunately the personalised message which I'd paid extra for was not delivered. Instead, the recepient received someone elses personalised message. The Whisky Exchange have since said that they will send out the correct message, but that's not ideal. They really need to get the right message with the right order first time, every time. I have used them a few times before without problems and are a good choice from a convenience and rarity aspect, rather than cost, as it's cheaper if you are able to source the required bottle from another major retailer.
