Sigma Sport

Given the wrong information about the product I purchased.

Purchased a Zipp 900 clincher at a great price but I was unfortunately given the wrong information from the staff about which freehub body I needed to change the wheel from campy to Shimano.
This meant I unnecessarily purchased a freehub body from elsewhere costing me £6 postage to send back for a refund.
Communication with Sigma via email was slow and in the end I have gone elsewhere to sort the problem out and get the correct freehub body.
I wanted to really like shopping with Sigma Sport but will probably go back to Wiggle and Chain Reaction after this experience.

Per our phone call, I apologise for the misleading information you were told about the wheel you bought, it was never our intention to give you the incorrect information.
