The hamper arrived beautifully boxed BUT the granite slab was unprotected in the hamper and arrived broken. I found contacting the help desk very difficult and confusing. The help desk needs to tell customers when an entry has been updated.
It seems odd to get an email to confirm that I have just signed for delivery, but issues reported to the help desk do not create progress emails.
The problem has now been resolved to our satisfaction
The guy who made my delivery last week was very friendly and helpful. We shared a joke about him going to the wrong house. He noticed I was disabled and allowed me to do just my signature by filling in the rest of the screen for me. He offered to bring my package into the house to wherever I needed it and when I said my husband would sort it out he made the offer again to make sure I was certain. He also checked I was ok before he left.
I was very impressed.
I created a large square photobook with high gloss and fold flat options, using the download version of the software.
The software is easy to use, it is very flexible and allows you to produce a photobook to your own design without spending hours "scratching your head" trying to work out exactly what you want and how to do it. You can look at your product in full size whenever you want and the preview option allows you to see exactly how it will look when printed at anytime. I also use the preview option to look at the book "as a whole" - for example, my latest boom is a 65th Birthday Present so I wanted to make sure that the pages follow logically and this is easy to do in the preview.
Once submitted, the book was printed quicky and delivered safely. The hardback photobooks feel and look very profesional. They really add to your images and make them feel extra special.
This is the fourth photobook I've made and each time I have been really really pleased with them.
