After a very shoddy experience (earlier in the trustpilot reviews) I can honestly say that Mollie in Customer Service has restored my faith. She was very quick in responding to me and effective with her dealings in relation to my complaint.
I think trustpilot and social media can be very damaging aswell as very positive to businesses and I believe that ResortHoppa have realised this and in my experience, they are trying to put things right. Unfortunately they are in the Service Industry and are sometime paying the price for the wrong doings of their supplier and I'd imagine this is something they are working on. Its how you deal with the problem that means more to me. I only hope that ResortHoppa will invest money in their customer service people assisting you whilst you are overseas suffering the problem rather than have to deal with it on your return.
