I started looking into VoIP for a phone service after my BT line was dug up by road workers and out of action for over two weeks. Soho66 came up on the google searches and the price seemed suspiciously low, but I figured that at such a price it was worth the risk. I went through the very simple step by step sign up process, chose a phone number from a seemingly unending list of possibilities, paid my £7 +vat (£2 line rental plus £5 credit) and that was it - DONE!!! I received very helpful emails explaining what to do. I didn't have any VoIP equipment at this time so I downloaded the Windows soft-phone app for which I was given a link that not only installed it but configured as well for my new number. With no experience of VoIP, I was up and running in well under 10 minutes. When the VoIP hardware I'd ordered on ebay arrived a few days later, the Soho66 website gave me all the info I needed to get it set up - well, almost. I did email support for some help, and the response was as near instant as I've ever experienced. It turned out the answer was on the website - I just hadn't looked properly but the tech support was both friendly and helpful.
