Would never deal with them again

Having booked 2 tickets, 2 flights and a hotel, we arrive in Amsterdam to see Barbara Striesand. Upon arrival we are only greeted with an email that our e-tickets were not available. Several telephone calls later we were advised that DOWNGRADED seats could be offered, high up in the sky's, and almost behind the stage. This was not acceptable. If we had wanted these seat we would have chosen them in the fiirst
place. We thought their policy was if they could not honour the original booking then an upgraded seat would be offered. When we approached them on this their comment was "none were available" although the website suggested there were. No apology given and a comment of "we will refund your money in 5-7 days.". Not immediately I hasten to add. They didn't seem bothered that we had spent almost £600 on flights and accommodation, and not even got to see the concert, we were obviously extremely disappointed and disatisfied with their service. I have only given one star and that is too much. One unhappy customer.
