Today I received an email which said ' We are pleased to confirm that your order from ISME has been delivered and left in a safe place. Details of this location will be on a card posted to your address by our driver.Here is your tracking number JD0002216022771590 you can track your parcel by visiting www.myyodel.co.uk'
There is no parcel anywhere, no card and in fact no driver came anywhere near my house today. I was at home all day and my dogs bark as soon as anyone comes near the house. So either the driver is a liar or he was at someone else's house which is difficult to understand since there is a very clear sign at the end of the drive and another on the inner gate.
I used the 'on line chat' and was subjected to such rudeness and unhelpfulness it was disgraceful.
I have contacted my supplier who will be looking into the whereabouts of my parcel but people should be aware of the incompetence, rudeness and unhelpfulness of the employees of this company.
