I purchased a large number of tickets for friends and family for the upcoming British Lions test in Australia(22june) .I understood I was paying a premium over face value and am happy to accept it.The tickets were purchased in January and have been pending postage since this time.I have recieved tickets from other sources over a month ago and expected to recieve and email to state the company had arranged dispatch from the seller.Unfortunately it is now 10 days before kick off and there is no communication to say wether the sale is going forward leaving alot of doubt as to wether these tickets will eventuate.I have tried contacting the company but recieve only computer generated messages stating that action will be taken if tickets are not rceived 3 days before.My efforts to call by phone have been unsucessful.As the tickets are located in the UK I think dispatch 3 days before will be of any use due to postage times Uk to Aus .I will will be happy to be proven wrong but am becoming very doughtful and find it a very stressful way ogf getting some football tickets ...Hace previously experienced great service from the company but there seems little recourse when things go wrong.

Have now recieved an email that the original seller has withdrawn fron sale( which I thought woul be the cae)as viagogo is a middle man they cant really be held accountable but disappointing .But viagogo say hopefully replacements have been found with in Australia so fingers crossed this hicup has been sorted out.The staff seem very profeesional once conatct has been made .will await outcome and up date review accordingly
Recieved tickets as described and arrived eventually with time to spare so in the end got to admit viagogo forefilled all of its commitents and honoured its guarantee.Just be aware it can get a little nerve racking .
