I ordered my items online. I opted for the free delivery service. After 3 days, I decided to check my tracking number, to find that the items had reportedly been delivered through my letter box. Note that I had ordered 2.5kg's of protein, half a kilo of creatine and 180 dietry pills. I think the delivery driver would have struggled to get the pills through the letter box, let alone the whole delivery.
At this point I had not received the items. I then reported it, and after 22 days, and me having to spend more money elseware buying more supplements and protein, I received my items. According to the chap I finally delt with, the items could have been sent several days before this, but had been overlooked.
I was appalled by the service, and have no desire to use myprotein.com ever again due to fear of disappointment.
