I posted a review of JulesB, criticising their excessive and wasteful packaging. This was very quickly removed from the site, citing a lack of proof of purchase. I immediately contacted Trustpilot, pointing out that they had solicited the review from me via email, that was only sent BECAUSE I had purchased from the trader. Nevertheless I offered to provide full documentation.
I heard nothing for three days, then received an email asking for proof of purchase. I sent a full copy of the invoice email received from the trader. Nothing heard for another three days. Received another message "reminding me" that I needed to send proof of purchase. Sent the invoice again. Heard nothing. A week later, the original review is still missing, and Trustpilot has not engaged me any further.
This should be a very simple system. You are either incompetent, or are being "encouraged" by the trader (JulesB) to remove anything other than sparkling reviews. Either way, you do not have my trust.
