Once you can make contact via e-mail and speak to some one called Laura things started to get sorted out quickly.
The parcel came a day early and I was working so couldn't sign for it.
Tried ringing the helpline but wasn't getting anywhere.
Found an e-mail address and that's when Laura helped all she could and even tried to get the parcel sent straight back out.
