Absolutely shockingly incompetent. I was due a parcel and was at home all day. The tracking said it was out for delivery and so I waited. I checked again at 3pm and it said it had been delivered successfully when it hadn't been. There was no card or anything and my dog hadn't barked all day like he does when someone approaches the house. I spoke to a Yodel customer advisor who informed me that the driver had left the package in my shed. Except that my shed is padlocked shut so he obviously didn't. When I questioned this and asked for it to be resolved I was just told to complain to the sender. This has to be the worst delivery service company out there with lying drivers and unhelpful customer service. AVOID!
