I would not even give this company one star but cannot post the review without clicking the box.

I am now on my 4th attempt at trying to get all necessary parts to fit some shower doors ordered last year. I have had two incorrect shower doors and also now a delivery of missing parts. Sounds almost helpul apart from the parts were for a different door entirely. The company do not know the meaning of the words 'customer service'. I have so far only found one helpful lady there but when you call back they are not 'able to transfer calls'. Very strange..... and I have lost count of the time I have now spent on trying to get the correct items and£ wasted in aborted costs of wasted fitter days trying to get get the doors fitted and our shower back in use.

Save yourself the time and the £ and shop elsewhere.

Will NEVER purchase from them again.

In July last year I ordered a set of sliding shower doors from Victoria Plumb.
Upon fitting them in December we found the wrong size door was inside the correctly labelled box.
Many phone calls later and a new order was raised in December but I had to wait weeks for a credit back for the original order. (I do not understand why I have to bankroll Victoria Plumbs mistakes?)

Upon trying to fit the new doors today 13/1 we discover not only have the wrong doors been shipped (now a different style altogether) but we are missing brackets to fit them to the walls and now have incurred yet another charge of a fitters wasted day due to Victoria Plumbs inability to ship correct items. Now awaiting a call back from them on the missing brackets.

I have NO faith in this organisations ability to supply the right items and would never purchase from them again.

14/1 - STILL awaiting a call back despite having called them now about 5 times over 24 hours. Their customer service is a disgrace. I also see other comments posted online have had feedback within a few hours, yet mine seems to be ignored....

21/1 - Finally was sent parts over the weekend but SUPRISE they dont actually fit the doors I have. Please can you contact me asap to arrange shipments of correct parts and I am still without a shower and am beyond frustrated with yor organisation..

22/1 - Have sent photos and full explanation of this weeks mess up by VP. Am told someone will call me back. Please can it be the lady I spoke to last week? She is the only person in your organisation who seems to have a clue what customer services is, even if she is not very good at sending the bits you actually need to make the shower doors stay on the wall..

Good site - very poor service

Items arrived quickly and good quality. However on closer inspection upon installation they were the wrong size and not as ordered and I have been in a world of pain with this company ever since trying to resolve the matter.

Would never use them again now..
