I used this company as part of an evaluation exercise to determine a regular supplier for my photographic clients and gallery. What a mistake. Online reviews are littered with complaints about Orbit and now I can see why.
When there is a fault with an order I would expect any company which values its customers to send a replacement without quibble (as did BusyPictures.com, who not only replaced a faulty canvas but upgraded to a better quality without asking). What Orbit does is trick the complainant into sending photographs of the item and then requires further photographic evidence that the item has been destroyed BEFORE agreeing to print a replacement. This displays an appalling lack of trust and respect for its customers. Furthermore, several requests to be put in touch with a 'director' (who supposedly sanctioned this disrespectful tactic) were ignored, presumably because the 'director' can't be bothered to deal with complaint personally. Or perhaps the 'director' is blissfully unaware of the problems. I have never, ever, had my integrity called into question like that before, and I have never come across such atrocious and downright arrogant business practice. I order a lot of photographic printing - this company will never again get my custom or that of anybody else I can possibly influence.
