Slow & unresponsive on returns

I wanted to purchase a specific product, but this was not available. I was advised that another product was of the same quality, but not the same level of appearance. As performance was key I opted for the alternative as it was in stock.
Dispatch was good and it arrived 2 days later, which is when everything went wrong.
The product was rubbish; cheap plastic, parts missing or not included, which would have been included in my original choice.
When I asked about returning the product I was asked to supply photos and fill in forms. It then took over a week before they acknowledged the return and a further 1-2 weeks and constant chasing, phone calls, emails, before they provided a refund. Their excuse was my details were in one system, and needed to be transferred to another, something which could have been done in minutes, not days. All of my emails went unanswered, communication was slow and poor. From now on, I'll be going to K&N or getting things custom made.
