Being absed in SA and ahving my credit cards (both SA and UK) registered here caused real problems with Sigma's website/online ordering but I persisted and called Sigma direct. I spoke to Helen who was frankly amazing and suggested a couple of options to me. I got there eventually and ordered what I wanted. OK, so it wouldn't have happened without human interaction but at least that was there as a back-up, a back-up that worked 100% quickly and efficiently.
Being based in SA I am clearly not the 'normal' customer but despite initial problems in using the website I would come back again.
