The initial deal for a two person all inclusive holiday looked almost too good to be true, and in fact it was. After confirming our booking and entering sensitive payment information the website crashed, causing us to panic and think we had lost the holiday. We then received an email telling us the flights were booked but no hotle confirmation. After waiting til their office opened in the morning we called to be told that the booking had processed fine and would all be fulfilled.
However things began to sour after we received an email telling us the hotel was no longer available at the offered price and £80 more was wanted. That put the holiday outside our price range, despite the fact that the flights were already booked and it was made very clear they were NON-REFUNDABLE. After spending far too much to call customer services and having a shouting match with a very rude woman the extra cost was dropped to £20, adding to my suspicion that this was either a scam, or that they were fully aware it was their fault and not ours. However the woman would not budge on this £20 extra and we ended up paying it. Hopefully the holiday will still be enjoyable.
TLDR; Extra cost added after the fact. Advertised price not delivered. Rude customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DON'T TRUST THE DEALS.
