I always reckon that you can judge a company by the way they behave when something goes wrong. Do they blame the customer, try to sidestep everything, not understand you, send you off on a wild goose chase etc?
When I've had problems (broken goods, unhelpful couriers who expect two disabled people to drive into town and collect the boxes because they'd rather sit in the bar, things missing etc), BCS have always handled the situation effectively and sympathetically. They may not be the cheapest show in town but they're up there with the best. I'd recommend them to anyone.
No complaints about the product - I'd recommend the powders to anyone. Unfortunately the courier service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm 100% disabled and my wife is over 60% disabled - both of us with spinal issues - and the courier does this to us:
