I booked vi the web site and paid - I arranged for my wife to have the day off work UNPAID to be in between 8am and 12 noon for the fitter to come to the house, the web site stated that the fitter would contact us at our home number and advice us of his arrival time. Thursday morning dawned and by 10.45 no phone call so my wife had to call the company to find out what was going. She was phoned back and told that someone would be with her at 1.30 at the latest. At 2pm a fitter rang to advice he would be another hour, she hen had to cancel her doctors and dental appointments for 3pm and 4pm, the fitter arrived around 3pm! This is not a service I would recommend it was a mess and no apology from any one at the company has been forthcoming!
