I bought a laptop and SSD totalling just over £1000.
Believe it or not, it was the illuminated keyboard that made me go for this one. Essential for my work, which is in dark conditions. It turns out, the laptop doesn't have one!
This equals a lie.
I called and emailed about it.
The first time my email was completely ignored, the second time I was asked for my order number which I had written clearly TWICE, and the third time I had an 'I'll look into it' kind of response with no follow up for 2 weeks so far.
The line for that particular feature is now gone from the laptop's listing on the website, but I've still received nothing.
Basically, nobody there gives a s***.
