Im waiting now three weeks for my order.. i dont feel save anymore with valuebasket. it is a birthdaypresent and i need it next week.. i write to you you change my state to we will send it next week (last week). yesterday was is " expedido" and tafter "esta listo y sera expedido hoy·" that yo will send and ahip it yesterday.. and now the state its going back to it will be prepared and sended this days??? i want to now when do you will send it, do you have my order (its in stock?), and when it will arrive here in spain.. thats not okay.. pay in the moment and waiting and waiting stressful the order.., i send you some emails but i dont get answer!!! if its like this i have to cancel my order and go to the police!

Really crayz but in the and im really happy.. they dont update my profile but in the end i want to cancel the order and they send to me an email that my order is on the way.. when i get the number from DHL i look and it was since 5 days on the way.. after 2 days waiting in the and i get my ipod, new, in the original backage, with adapter and all is perfect.. the comunication and service was not to good. but in the end im happy that my order arrived perfectly in spain. if you order by this company dont belive the 3-5 days and 7-10 day, could take longer ;) good luck.!
