TRULY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, IGNORANT WITH A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE AND VERY UNHELPFUL, THEY HIDE BEHIND JARGON LIKE "DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS" AS EXCUSES FOR NOT KNOWING THEIR OWN COMPANY, AND WHEN THEY CANT ANSWER YOU, RATHER THAN ADOPTING A POSTIVE APPROACH AND TRYING TO HELP YOU WHICH IS PATHETIC AND INFURIATING. AND WHEN YOU ASK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT NOBODY ACTS UPON IT AND THEY THEN IGNORE YOU AND THEN DONT GET BACK TO YOU PROBABLY HOPING YOU WILL JUST FORGET AND GO AWAY, THEN WHEN YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW IT UP TO ASK WHAT'S HAPPENING THEY IGNORE YOU AGIN.........THREE TIMES!!!!!!!!! I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS TO PROVE THIS!!!!! THEY HAVE ALSO ATTEMPTED TO REMOVE MY FEEDBACK ONCE ALREADY UNDER THE REASON OF "COARSE LANGUAGE" I PREFER TO CALL IT "STRAIGHT TALKING" OR "TELL IT HOW IT IS"

PLUS WHEN THEY GET YOU ON BOARD THEY ARE GOING TO BE TRYING TO RAMP THE ANNUAL RENEWAL CHARGE RIGHT UP! MARK MY WORDS ON THAT ONE.............AND SECONDLY THEY DON'T HAVE A NORMAL LANDLINE NUMBER AND REFUSE TO GIVE IT OUT TO CUSTOMERS PREFERRING WE PAY PREMIUM RATE 08 NUMBERS TO GET SO CALLED SERVICE WHEN THEY DO ALREADY HAVE A NORMAL LANDLINE NUMBER TO CALL IN ON BUT WONT GIVE IT OUT........ WE LIVE IN AN AGE WHERE SO MANY OF US JUST USE MOBLE PHONES NOW, PARTICULARLY THE SMALLER BUSINNESS PERSON WHOM MAY USE THIS SERVICE, REFUND MY MONEY AND I WILL GO ELSWHERE AND TO A COMPANY THAT VALUES ITS CUSTOMERS....... UNLIKE YOURSELVES!!!!!!

UPDATE

AFTER PUBLISHING MY COMMENTS HERE I DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL THE NEXT MORNING WANTING TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT WHICH WAS NOT AT A CONVIENIANT TIME TO TALK PROPERLY. IT TURNED OUT THAT THE INDIVIDUAL CALLING ME WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE VERY SAME PERSON WHO GAVE ME THE APPALLING SERVICE!!!! AND STILL MY COMPLAINT NEVER GOT ESCALATED TO THE HIGHER LEVEL THAT I DID ORIGINALLY ASK FOR!!! THEY TRIED TO JUSTIFY THIER ACTIONS BY STATING THE PROBLEM EMAILS THAT THEY RECEIVE BEING A PROBLEM TO THEM TRYING TO MAKE ME FEEL THAT THIER PROBLEM WAS ACTUALLY MINE!!!!! AND OFFERING ONLINE CHAT AS A SOLUTION WHICH IS PAINFUL AS WE ARE GIFTED WITH THE POWER OF ORAL CONVERSATION WHICH IS SO MUCH QUICKER THAN TYPING A CONVERSATION!!! IF THEY WERE MORE OPEN TO TAKE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS PERHAPS THEY OR WE WOULDNT HAVE THE PROBLEM EMAILS AND THINGS WOULD GET RESOLVED A LOT QUICKER, THIS CAN BE SAID OF TOOOO MANY COMPANIES THESE DAYS AND NEEDS TO CHANGE IN MY OPINION, BE VOCAL PEOPLE.

INSTEAD THEY THEN CHOSE TO REMOVE MY ORIGINAL POST FROM HERE DUE TO "COARSE LANGUAGE" WHICH IS FAIR AS I CAN BE BLUNT AND DIRECT AND RIGHLTY SO IN MY OPINION. SO TO BE FAIR I REMOVED THE "COARSE" WORDS USED AND THEN RE POSTED.

I CANT ALSO HELP BUT NOTICE OTHER COMMENTS HERE WHERE PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE BEEN SOLD THE SERVICE UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING OF GETTING MANY ENQUIRES WHICH THEY OBVIOUSLY DIDNT GET FROM USING TELNAMES. CERTAINLY MY SITE DOESNT APPEAR TO HAVE GENERATED ME ANYTHING AT ALL NOR HAS IT BEEN CORRECTLY FUNCTIONING FROM DAY ONE AND DONT SEEM TO HAVE BENEFITTED BY THIS SERVICE, AND I HAD VARIOUS ISSUES I NEEDED TO RESLOVE AND STILL HAVE NOT BEEN NEARLY 6 MONTHS ON.

P.S. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IS [private data removed] I HOPE THAT HELPS OTHERS OUT THERE.
